Philanthropy Round - 1/30

Values Round

This is the first and least formal round of recruitment. You will visit all 16 chapters over the course of 2 days, talking to sisters at each chapter to lean about the basics of their organizations

Philanthropy Round

This is the second round of recruitment where you will visit up to 12 chapters and learn about their organization's philanthropy. You will also get more information about each chapter's finances and membership requirements.

Community Round

This is the third round of recruitment where you will visit up to 7 chapters and discover what community means and looks like to them.

Preference Round

This is the last and most meaningful round of recruitment where you visit up to 2 houses and learn more about what membership in their chapter looks like.

Bid Day

Congratulations!

Bid day is a celebration where you receive a bid to a chapter, get to meet your new sisters and celebrate your new home!
